Antonio Irastorza

Spanish Lawyer (University of Navarra), Abogado (Madrid) and English Solicitor (Law Society of England & Wales). Advanced Management Programme completed at the IESE Business School in 2004.
His professional career has developed internationally from London since 1985. He has been as a Partner in Boodle Hatfield, Denton Hall and Masons – all leading British law firms in the City of London.
In 2007, he founded LYNX ADVISORS, an international advisory firm based in London, to represent the interests of mainly medium-sized companies, in and from London, while providing an international perspective.
He advises Owners, Chairmen, CEOs or Managing Directors of several national and international companies on legal and business matters.
John Devlin

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Masters in Communications Engineering and PhD in Semiconductors. Post-doc at Cornell University sponsored by the US Navy. Holds an MBA from Nottingham University.
He has published more than 40 technical articles and given invited conference presentations. John Devlin is named coinventor on 5 patents and co-authored a book on Optical Communications. He has constructed geostationary satellites for maritime communications, developed optical fibre lasers, and led on Internet data centre design & construction.
He guided the Board of British Telecommunications on critical technical issues affecting its Corporate Strategy. Since 2007, he has assisted medium-sized clients in their international expansion.
Charles Paternina

Lawyer and Economist (Complutense University in Madrid).
Since 1984 he has developed his professional life overseas, holding management positions in commercial, investment and private banking with BBVA (London), SG Warburg (London, Mexico and New York) and JP Morgan (New York), respectively. In JP Morgan, he was responsible for Private Banking investments in Argentina and Chile.
In 2002, he founded Faber Advisors, a boutique firm to represent the interests of his clients in New York.
Since 2003, he has also advised on real estate investments in the New York area.

Silvia Radu

Silvia’s 30-year career in the private and public sector includes 18 years at the gas and electricity multinational, Gas Natural Fenosa, rising, in the final 7 years, to serve as Executive President in Moldova. She is currently involved in electricity and gas trading.
Silvia has also held senior public sector roles in the State Department of the Republic of Moldova: (i) as Minister in the Health, Labour and Social Protection Department (2018-2019), and, (ii) earlier, as Head of Foreign Relations in the Energy and Energy Resources Department. Silvia was Mayor of Chisinau, the capital of Moldova, from October 2017 to April 2018.
Silvia has two degrees from the State University of Moldova, and completed the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School in 2004. Her Romanian mother tongue, has been supplemented with fluency in English, Spanish and Russian.

Journalist (University of Navarre). Holds an MBA from the lnstituto de Empresa (Madrid).
From 1989 to 2010, he was Editor and Director of the Spanish daily financial newspaper Expansión. He has been a member of the Board of Recoletos Group (publisher of Expansión) and the Board of Pearson Group Newspapers (along with the heads of Financial Times, Les Echos and FT Deutschland).
He has extensive and in-depth experience in the world of information, communication and the management of media companies.
Since March 2011, he has been a consultant and advisor on communication strategies.

Primarily engaged in management & financial consultancy services; economic research and policy making; and the development and promotion of investment opportunities with major focus on the power and energy industry.
From 1994 lo 1998, he was President and CEO of the National Power Corporation of the Philippines, the state-owned power generation transmission agency.
Since 1998, he has led GAAD lnc., which provides advisory services in the power and energy sectors and develops energy products.
Carlos Busto

Carlos Busto

Colonel of Infantry of the Spanish Army (Retired). In his career progression he completed the following courses: the Course for the Performance of General Officer, General Staff Course in Spain and Morocco, NATO course on “Peace Support Operations” in Oberammergau (Germany), and Diploma of Advanced International Studies from the Society of International Studies of Madrid.

He has held different positions, including that of an officer in the Spanish Legion Forces (13 years), and participated in the peace process in El Salvador (1992), where he carried out reconstruction and humanitarian aid work, and as Chief of Staff of the head of the EU mission. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, he worked on the planning of special transports, control of storage of dangerous substances and devices. As Defence Attaché at the Embassy of Spain in Lebanon, he managed the transfer and control of wounded to hospitals, as well as urgent evacuations by air.

As Defence Attaché at the Embassy of Mexico, he supported Spanish companies in the field of Defence, in sectors such as air surveillance and control systems, construction of ships for the Mexican Navy, transfer of communications technology or security support to Spanish companies that built renewable energy infrastructures in unpopulated and unsafe areas.

He has been decorated by 12 countries and international organizations and is Doctor Honoris Causa from the Mexican Institute of Leadership Excellence.
