We accompany business owners and Boards of Directors in their internationalisation initiatives by providing continuous, independent oversight of their overseas operations. This includes monitoring performance against targets, verifying the consistency and reliability of local reporting, and flagging potential risks or deviations at an early stage. Structuring and securing project funding
We support our clients in the design, structuring and execution of funding strategies for their international projects. This includes assessing capital requirements, evaluating different funding alternatives (such as bank financing, private debt, equity investors or public support programmes) and preparing robust financial models and business cases.
